Everyone is extremely friendly and it really does feel like a community with people who genuinely care about your welfare and are passionate about the business. Lots of great opportunities as the business continues to grow with managers extremely supportive and willing to try new things. A truly diverse workforce with people from all over the world working for the company. Fantastic benefits with the ability to be able to order three free products a month. Holidays are reasonably standard but on the better side of previous companies I've worked for. Also offered a free session for pension advice which was great. Prior to starting my job, I had read some of the glassdoor reviews, but I have found the organisation to be the complete opposite. Genuinely one of the best places I've ever worked at!
