      Ventajas

      I love J.R. Dunn. The people there are great. Everyone is really nice, and easy to work with. They are an old school company that are very willing to move with trends and technology. Upper management handles their employees very well, and are really just good people to be around. Not to mention you get a great employee discount.

      Desventajas

      The only real down side of J.R. Dunn is some competition among sales people, although, this is pretty common given the industry.

      Ventajas

      If you demonstrate with projections and a plan how something will help the business you can be guaranteed the ownership will put out whatever investment you need. Politics is not tolerated in the organization. Very good work life balance. People joke and laugh -fun is part of the culture.

      Desventajas

      Holiday hours can get long. It's South Florida and there is a compensation trade off to live in 80+ degree weather 365 days a year.
