Poor Experience: opiniones de empleados con el puesto de Senior Financial Reporting Analyst en Invesco

Throughout my time at invesco I was given meaningless work towards a career in accounting and finance. I worked for a supervisor that had zero interest in transferring knowledge or my career development. I literally went 2 years straight without 1 to 1’s scheduled, no new material brought forth, and little interaction with my supervisor. The guy had no interest in interacting with me and frequently ignored instant messages. When asking questions I’ve found that they did not want to walk through anything in depth or was intentionally unhelpful. What are these people thinking giving him a direct report??? It’s like the whole team’s philosophy is to stay anti-social and not share meaningful work. When raising attention to these issues nothing was done. What a crap work environment. Forget working at invesco. Your resume doesn’t need this experience. LOOK ELSEWHERE unless you’re trying to take a gun to your career.
