Ventajas
- Generous benefits - You'd hardly get that in any other company except multinationals. - Very decent Pay. - Fancy daily lunch - you can't work in Interswitch and be skinny *lol* prepare to get fat in 2 months (Interswitch prepares you for that with Gym subscriptions that come with you health benefits) Job security - Interswitch gives you job security as long as you don't mess up, be sure to have your job without fear of "tech layoff".
Desventajas
Your career growth while at Interswitch largely depends on what department you get to work in. Some departments are almost dead ends and career killers. One of such departments is the operations departments, most of the core skills therein are not transferable, and the department has so many policies - like crabs in a bucket which hinder you from even growing even within the Company. You'd be overworked to the extent of barely having time to pickup any other thing (considering that the hard skills you'd learn there are hardly transferrable). Even switching departments within the switch is very hard if you're in Operations. What's even more disconcerting is that even HR has a negative bias. I'll leave it at that.
