Ventajas
A great company that is rapidly growing and awesome opportunities for career growth. I feel like I have a legitimate voice at my company and work closely with my peers and seniors to help grow the company. The company culture is 10/10 and I genuinely love and respect everyone I work with. There's never a day I don't love coming into work. Unlike other sales organizations, you never feel like your head is on a chopping block because everyone at this company does everything they can to see you be successful. If you get the opportunity to work here, it's a great opportunity to build your career.
Desventajas
You will never feel micro-managed here which is a plus, but that means you must be a self-starter to be successful. Competitive base with unlimited bonus potential, but I wish the bonuses were higher for the amount of work we put in to developing accounts as sometimes passing accounts onto Account Executives can be challenging.
