Ventajas

The company keeps the essence of a family business. It is managed by very talented and visionary people. You are always treated as an important part of the team. It's amazing to have time flexibility and being able to work from home when you have any health or family issues. Even if you start in a temporary position you can build a career because it's a very dynamic company and they always have lots of projects. The work environment is great. You can always talk to your boss about everything and feedback is always respectful and productive. The learning experience is awesome because you are surrounded by really talented people who are great at what they do and they are always willing to help.

Desventajas

Takes some time to adapt to the multitasking requirements.
