      Ventajas

      Starting my career at ICS as a fresh graduate has been helpful due to the company's stability and well-established processes. This has allowed me to easily understand my role and duties. Colleagues are supportive, and the atmosphere is professional yet not overly strict. I had a fun time working and learning in this company.

      Desventajas

      The salary range may not be very high, but the benefits such as HMO coverage, optical allowance, vacation and sick leave credits, and bonuses can make up for it.
