Employees may be expected to work beyond regular hours when required, with a strong emphasis on ownership and going the extra mile. Whether dealing with domestic or international operations, the pressure remains consistently high due to evolving processes and organizational challenges. Not a learning platform and hiring and firing always takes place as by the time i worked they sacked or created environment in a way that 6 people left in a span of 9 months in a small team
