Toxic Culture: opiniones de empleados con el puesto de Account Executive en Insight

Senior Leadership is entirely clueless and will do everything possible to avoid paying their sales people. A bunch of Finance and Operations heavy executives that have no real prior sales experience that couldn't sell their way out of a paper bag, but are inexplicably in charge of sales strategy. Their strategy is to bet against the Industry by moving to silos with 5 different P&Ls which is insane. Moreover, I was shocked to hear about how many employees literally despise the Executive Leadership. I can't blame them - this leadership team does not value talent.
