Relaxed management- there is no quality control for employees, so get ready to do all the work for your coworkers because most of them do nothing and get away with it, because barely anyone in the company cares enough to do their job, including management.

Management at all levels are hypocritical about many things including time off for holidays (you'll see someone say you have to work Christmas day and then tell you they have off for the entire month of December)

The company only cares about outward appearances and not at all about its employees at any level, and that shows in the lack of care and outright refusal to do any work at every level of the company
The only changes you'll see made by management will be ones made in poor taste, and nothing can be done to reverse them
