Ventajas

Good place to learn basic skills in the industry. Culture is decent and benefits are decent.

Desventajas

Sales management team is blind to how little their sales AEs actually do. Was with the company 12 years and it was shocking how many AEs I dealt with that provided no value, but they collected the great commission checks and the ops side (who actually do all of the work) get hosed.

Ventajas

Work life balance is okay. Hybrid schedule. Depending on your manager they can work with you. Some really great and caring people. Generous PTO.

Desventajas

Pay is noncompetitive. The medical benefits are pretty bare minimum. Lastly, the company morale is in the tank overall. Missed several quarterly quotas, new CEO brought in to fix things. Nobody knows where anything is headed
