Ventajas

Very helpful to new employees - managers train their employees directly. Very patient and they have a great program model they use with the clients. Stressful sometimes due to the diversity of service offering but one find always support to help. REALLY flexible with my time - intensive in-home is a more flexible than most other jobs in consulting industry- Many events with partners, clients and colleagues to make our routine more enjoyable.

Desventajas

Complexity of work due to IT industry and general posture of the company. But in my case, it allows me to learn everyday

Ventajas

Work life balance is okay. Hybrid schedule. Depending on your manager they can work with you. Some really great and caring people. Generous PTO.

Desventajas

Pay is noncompetitive. The medical benefits are pretty bare minimum. Lastly, the company morale is in the tank overall. Missed several quarterly quotas, new CEO brought in to fix things. Nobody knows where anything is headed
