Ventajas

no weekends, commission and spiff bonus', tech swag and freebies from vendors

Desventajas

revolving door of management, quota increased every quarter making commission harder to achieve. Depending on what sector you work for, you could make bank or barely enough to provide. i worked in SMB so i had the latter. You cant choose your segment and its impossible to move.

Ventajas

Work life balance is okay. Hybrid schedule. Depending on your manager they can work with you. Some really great and caring people. Generous PTO.

Desventajas

Pay is noncompetitive. The medical benefits are pretty bare minimum. Lastly, the company morale is in the tank overall. Missed several quarterly quotas, new CEO brought in to fix things. Nobody knows where anything is headed
