      Ventajas

      8-5 M-F Schedule, I wish I had more Pros, The team was great.

      Desventajas

      Totally disorganized, no policies documented, every violation of policy was considered okay by the "culture". Pay was low, Management did not deal with problems simply brushed then under the rug. No "Fortune 500" company benefits. This company doesn't understand hiring enough people to complete a mission, and they certainly do not pay you your worth to be saddled with a whole teams workload.

      Ventajas

      Work life balance is okay. Hybrid schedule. Depending on your manager they can work with you. Some really great and caring people. Generous PTO.

      Desventajas

      Pay is noncompetitive. The medical benefits are pretty bare minimum. Lastly, the company morale is in the tank overall. Missed several quarterly quotas, new CEO brought in to fix things. Nobody knows where anything is headed
