9yThank you for your feedback. We're sorry to hear you feel this way as it’s not the typical feedback that we generally get from our teammates. We understand sales is not for everyone which is why we have made some enhancements to our hiring process to ensure we hire the right people for the right role. We have also invested heavily in re-vamping our training programs; and we have seen some tremendous results from this change. Because we value our teammates and their feedback, we survey them two times a year via a third party company. We are proud to say our Net Promotor Scores (NPS) have increased year over year. Overall our teammates are very happy as the company continues to invest in the areas because the growth we’ve experienced over the last several years. This year is off to a great start and we're excited about the team we have in place and the solutions we provide for our clients.
