      Great place to learn the Tech business, with a lot of advancement opportunities.

      Desventajas

      unrealistic expectation, benefits are terrible, do not expect a raise ever (over 5 years employed)

      Yes! We do have amazing career advancement opportunities at Insight. Regarding raises, the Account Executive role is based on sales. You make more by selling more.       Ventajas

      Work life balance is okay. Hybrid schedule. Depending on your manager they can work with you. Some really great and caring people. Generous PTO.

      Desventajas

      Pay is noncompetitive. The medical benefits are pretty bare minimum. Lastly, the company morale is in the tank overall. Missed several quarterly quotas, new CEO brought in to fix things. Nobody knows where anything is headed
