Ventajas
Call-center is easy. Once you get the epic system down and find your groove multitasking, you'll be set. When it's busy, you'll be answering about 130+ calls a day. On a slow day, you could be sitting there for 20 minutes with no calls. Very easy. Easy-going patients make it very fun. Great health benefits
Desventajas
This same position has two locations: call center or front desk at the actual primary care office. Same pay. Working the front desk will give you 2-3x the workload and none of the upgrade in pay. You'll be making as much as the people sitting in the call center. Also patients will range from angry to extremely pissed off.
