Vibe is good, company is wiling to be transparent, also willing to offer many supports to employees (hardwares, softwares, books, trainings,..., etc.) Offer a chance to let employees have a work-life balance
Desventajas
Strong buiseness/monetization driven on projects, speed is frequently put on the toppest concerns and sacrifice the long term sustainability. Some project owners or main contacts can't offer a clear overview or thorogh context of the tasks. Requirements for a promotion is transparent but also more difficult to fullfill comparing with other companies.
