Anand acts like a spoiled child with no clue how to lead, while the rest of the teams spend their time cleaning up Anand’s messes. They keep saying that they’re building something revolutionary, but the product is weak and far behind the competition. The workplace is just as bad. It’s unorganized, morale is low, and employees are acting like babysitters for Anand. Talented people leave quickly once they see what’s really going on. If you’re thinking about joining, don’t. This company is a waste of your time and effort. Look for a better opportunity elsewhere.
