Ventajas
Flexible work environment is a big plus. My leader is open-minded, allows an appropriate amount of autonomy, and serves to remove roadblocks as neeed.
Desventajas
Given the size there are limited growth opportunities. Many leaders do not prioritize leadership and employee motivation/engagement but rather focus solely on the bottom line.
