Ventajas
I've worked at Informa (previously part of the UBM acquisition) for 8 years now and have stayed because of the people, the work we do and the chance to have a varied career. I started off as a Conference Producer and now work in the HR team. I've worked in the London and Amsterdam offices and also got the chance to visit the US and China offices. It's a very international company and has lots of opportunity if you look for it.
Desventajas
As with all large companies, there are processes that don't always align, systems that need updating and it can take a long time to find the person you need to get something done - but I think the pros outweigh the cons.
