Supportive culture which provides a lot of opportunities for professional growth and development. Great client base with interesting and important projects plus a lot of company activities (e.g., Infiniday, Gold Cup) which create a strong sense of teamwork and bonding. Leadership development program sets the foundation for promotion from within. Overall, not a surprise that Infinitive continues to be ranked as one of the best small consulting firms to work for.
Desventajas
The work is somewhat narrow, so if you don't have a skillset that can be molded in different directions you can find yourself on the bench and possibly out of a job. Also, probably a better place to come in as a junior-to-mid level professional since the management team is already a bit crowded.
