Ventajas
Working at Incode provided valuable experience for my professional development. I had the opportunity to work bilingually in both Spanish and English, which strengthened my communication skills across international teams. Being part of a large, established company gave me exposure to professional workflows, cross-functional collaboration, and working on projects at scale - all of which have been excellent additions to my CV.
Desventajas
Communication between the marketing and design teams could be improved. There were occasional challenges with alignment on project briefs and timelines, which sometimes led to inefficiencies in the workflow. Establishing clearer communication channels and regular sync meetings between these departments would help streamline collaboration and ensure everyone is working toward the same goals.
