During a very difficult and scary time as an employee on Furlough I have to say Inchcape have excelled, making all colleagues feel secure throughout. The communication during lockdown and thereafter has been exemplary, guiding us through a very problematic time with full transparency. Knowing that you will still be getting paid and have a job to come back to, during a time where uncertainty is rife throughout the country was invaluable. I have worked for Inchcape for over 12 years, and the last 6 months have certainly given me comfort for the future of the company. Thank you to ll the teams involved making difficult decisions.
