While the timings do have some flexibility, the current trend suggests a decline in this aspect. While your team might have some effective management, the majority of them do not seem to exhibit the same level of excellence/management capabilities.
Desventajas
Firstly, the majority of the reviews are from interns/new hires even before they are assigned clients. These new hires are pressured into writing reviews even before they have had time to experience the work or company culture. Don't trust them! Growth is slow, most of their clients are not that great. Clients have bad management and bad products, and more often than not you will be treated as a robot. The phrase "they are paying you so you have to shut up and work" is quite commonly passed around. The higher management currently to save money is laying off experienced people in favour of new hires to save on their bottom line. It's good for saving money but not so great for the folks left behind with more work. The training is a bit all over the place. They teach you one thing, but when you start working, it's like you're in a completely different zone. Imagine gearing up for a swim and finding yourself at a dance party The compensation situation? Not great. Like, bad, bad, bad times ten. Every year, it's like they're handing out less money, not even keeping up with inflation, or barely doing so.
