Ventajas
1. Good Logistics support, IT team is very helpful and they mitigate every problem with low ETA while employees are working from home. 2. The Admin staff is very supportive and cooperative. 3. Hard working employees are very well recognized.
Desventajas
1. They hire you to work with latest technology stack, but once you are on-boarded you will be working on a old technology stack. 2. Resource management is poor, which overburdens existing employee. 3. Higher management politics is very prominent. 4. HR don't follow transparency, If you do a one to one discussion, it is leaked to the managers. 5. Exit procedure is very poor. Once you decide to separate from the organization, you are treated as an enemy regardless of hard work you did in past. 6. Senior Technical people are incompetent.
