Ventajas

Best environment to meet people, mingle with new crowds, find relationships, and use as a stepping stone.

Desventajas

Hours can be invasive depending on seniority, hourly pay is capped, & as long as you're there you will remain a temporary worker unless you pursue a career wich can also capped with crazy hours.

Ventajas

Good company, loved the people and atmosphere. Had potential. Was a great place to work. I made great friendships. Changes started after new leadership took over... after the company was sold/acquired... the company changed for the worse.

Desventajas

Changes in leadership were constant. CEO, Flint didn't come from Florida to visit was telling sign. I was always afraid when the place would close because it didn't seem like priority despite being told otherwise. Sad.
