      Ventajas

      Inmarketsolution is the same as Choice ADV ,the same very small company. There are no Pros to this company I can think of except if you are out of shape you will run !

      Desventajas

      This place is a mess, incredibly high turn over for a company that has been in business for 6 months and has 6 employees. Basically they, I mean , the owner , love to micromanage to the point of suffocation, even you down to where you go to lunch. Please read the Glassdoor review of his other company that he left.

      Fun working environment, with good pay.

      You go through busy cycles every month, but slow down towards month end.

      Disorganized, no clear job titles or description, poor salary conditions, lack of management accountability
