      Ventajas

      Flexibility from remote work. Smart teammates.

      Desventajas

      Organizational information was somewhat disorganized. Manager(s) could be inconsistent and gaslighting sometimes. Not much team/company culture. It's founded by Americans but felt like a Chinese company. Most of my teammates had Master's Degrees from the top 30 schools; I think they were overqualified for a BD position.

      Ventajas

      Flexible schedule for most part. Coworkers are all very nice and everyone there respects work- life boundaries. Supportive and collaborative coworkers as well.

      Desventajas

      Hours can be difficult at times. Working with lots of people in Asia- that’s the job though.

      efficient communication and clear guidelines of instructions mentors are helpful fully remote
