      Ventajas

      The company is growing rapidly and having an increasing market share in the high end education consulting industry in China. More than half of the new clients every year come from referrals of past clients. The service delivered is outstanding.

      Desventajas

      People at InGenius Prep work really hard and it's very intense sometimes. Usually during June to October since that's when most of the marketing activities take place.

      Ventajas

      Flexible schedule for most part. Coworkers are all very nice and everyone there respects work- life boundaries. Supportive and collaborative coworkers as well.

      Desventajas

      Hours can be difficult at times. Working with lots of people in Asia- that’s the job though.
