      Ventajas

      Remote, flexible work hours and locations

      Desventajas

      Poor management and lack of structure, frequently changed directions on a whim. Employees are required to share their personal WeChat accounts on the first day, and all communication happens in WeChat groups — unprofessional and frankly un-American. Toxic workplace. Avoid at all costs!

      Ventajas

      Flexible schedule for most part. Coworkers are all very nice and everyone there respects work- life boundaries. Supportive and collaborative coworkers as well.

      Desventajas

      Hours can be difficult at times. Working with lots of people in Asia- that’s the job though.
