There are incredibly talented people here who are passionate about what they do and consistently go above and beyond. Teams are lean, so employees often get exposure to many different parts of the business, which can be a great learning experience.
Desventajas
Growth opportunities are limited, and high performers are often overlooked due to rigid compensation policies and a general reluctance to invest in talent retention. The performance review system is capped, only a fixed number of employees can receive “exceeds expectations,” regardless of how many truly do. This discourages performance rather than recognizing it. Raises and promotions are minimal or non-existent for many, even after years of strong contributions. Transparency from senior leadership is lacking. Decisions are often made behind closed doors, leaving teams unclear on direction or rationale.
