      Ventajas

      Nothing is good here, no process, no dedicated shifts, no he policies, everything is in hand of selective people and if your manager won't like you no body is there to listen you rather you worked well or performer

      Desventajas

      Salarys get delayed, lot of confusion related to compoff, overtime, appraisals and promotions are based on partiality, firing employees cleverly

      Ventajas

      As i worked there with IT Team , i found a very decent and great people there , they are very friendly with interns and they also give very good opportunity to the interns.

      Desventajas

      no there was nothing there for the cons.
