      Thank you for taking the time to share your thoughts. I agree with all of your "Pro" statements. I would refer to our Black & Gold Academy as way for not construction industry professionals to find their place with Herc Rentals.       Able to learn the basics of the company through Herc University. Ride alongs with TSR, road tech, and drivers. Guaranteed sala positions after completion of the program
