Nothing really great to say about the company

Desventajas

Will tell you that there is unlimited time off when in reality you only get a few weeks off a year. Onboarding is nonexistent. You’ll be sent videos to watch that are several years old. You will have to do your own demos on a tool that doesn’t work half the time. No work-life balance. Had managers that knew nothing about the product we sell.

There are great opportunities to grow your skill set, especially through cross functional work with teams across pricing, product data, sales, and operations. Work–life balance is solid, the company has remote opportunities and is a respected leader in the healthcare industry. I also appreciate the company’s commitment to community outreach and social responsibility—it reinforces that we’re working for a mission-driven organization.

Desventajas

Like most large organizations, processes can sometimes feel slow due to the number of teams involved. Change management can take time, and cross-department alignment requires patience. However, leadership has been taking steps to improve workflows and increase efficiency.
