Terrible management Useless HR department. They do not care what your problems are they will do nothing to help you. Promising positive change and then firing most of the company after selling it Company is very understaffed in some departments and they do not care and still expect everything to be done quickly with little to no help You're lucky if you see your boss ever because they do not care. Most workers are union, and promise a mandatory raise annually but have not given us one this year. Skimps out of Christmas bonuses (haven't gotten a nice one in years and tries to force you to waste your pto Play favorites. used to offer jobs to anyone and then do nothing if they're a bad worker. Have literally seen employees come in late every day and sleep at their desk their entire shift with nothing done.
