Though a very, very fast-paced industry, there is a clear distinction between what work and personal matters are. This encourages a lot of tight relationships between peers.

Desventajas
Quite a number of productivity tools to hop on one after the other.
Not really a con, but will be cultural differences you'll have to take note of considering that most accounts are from Singapore
