      Ventajas

      Good work-life balance (especially when working for clients). good place for freshers or early-career developers — a stepping-stone to gain practical experience.

      Desventajas

      benefits, leave policies and increments may be limited, especially when working on internal or “company projects” rather than client-projects. When workloads are heavy or deadlines tight, some developers/QA people find tasks monotonous or stressful.

      Ventajas

      You got to learn every day. Got to work on different projects time to time.  I have had experience working in two branches (Noida and Mohali), and I particularly enjoy working with the team in the Noida branch. The company provided me with a great experience while working with them. If I didn't have personal issues, I wouldn't have changed companies so soon. I was recognized and appreciated for my work. I will never forget the team and the leader of the company. If you got a chance to work with Hashstudioz. Must go for it.

      Desventajas

      I don't like to work in the Mohali branch. but that is my personal choice. other than that no other issue i have seen.
