      Meeting new people, and helping the unemployed find stable employment, other than that there are nomore pros to working for this organization.

      Desventajas

      Unorganzied, unprofessional, and the position seemed like a sales job. Everything is about numbers, placements and the bottom line I would not recommend this organization.

      Having a set schedule every week with 2 days off in a row Goodwill scholarship program is fantastic lots of career advice and support giving back to the community

      Desventajas

      Working weekends, nights, and holidays The customers are so rude Management says one thing but then caves to the customers which undermines the employees so many exchanges the clientele rude people the customers
