Ventajas
I loved my clients and their family’s! My fellow RBT coworkers were always supportive and amazing people to work with.
Desventajas
Literally everything. There was such a lack of respect from upper management and the CEO is a narcissist with no respect or compassion for his employees. He will not take ownership of his mistakes and places the blame on literally anyone besides himself. The company as a whole has failed the Columbus location, from lack of teaching materials, cleaning and sanitation supplies and functional toys to its unkept/rundown appearance, broken lights, faulty plumbing leading to multiple unsanitary floods and unorganized/unsanitary workspaces. There is no transparency from management and staff question/concerns were alway met with a condescending attitude. There was no consistency, you were either micromanaged to the point of not even feeling comfortable and confident in your session or left with no support or guidance at all. There are so many petty unneeded rules that it takes managements focus away from the bigger issues. The environment was never friendly, comfortable, or inviting. The RBTs did the best they could with what they had but I honestly feel bad for the kiddos because of the limited amount of resources they are not receiving the best level of care and that is completely unacceptable and it also resulted many RBT/BCBAs to feel burnt out and frustrated.
