      Ventajas

      I had a good experience with the interview that were held for IMP. They give us chance to grow in our career. Also thrive session are conducted to let us know how can we crack our interview. All the team leaders and the manager are supporting and understanding. Also through the interview we prepare ourselves for our future opportunities.

      Desventajas

      As of now i don't find any cons thank you for giving me chance to express my opinion

      Ventajas

      Remote, Company provides equipment, No Weekends. Gain your experience and move on!

      Desventajas

      People with higher education do not succeed with this company. Peanut shells for pay (not the whole peanut) with expensive “benefits”. Very much ran on favoritism. Some leaders micro manage to the point of not wanting to clock in to a remote position, yet take zero initiative in training you at any time during your onboarding. Equipment is subpar. Beware of the HIPAA violations!!!!!
