Good training. Good management and support

Desventajas

Cab allotments are pretty bad. Smoking zone is far.

We strive to provide comprehensive training programs and supportive leadership to ensure our employees have the resources they need to succeed. Smoking areas at a distance to minimize the impact of smoke on non-smoking employees and to comply with health and safety regulations. While this arrangement can be inconvenient, it's typically intended to ensure that all employees work in a comfortable and smoke-free environment."

Remote, Company provides equipment, No Weekends. Gain your experience and move on!

Desventajas

People with higher education do not succeed with this company. Peanut shells for pay (not the whole peanut) with expensive “benefits”. Very much ran on favoritism. Some leaders micro manage to the point of not wanting to clock in to a remote position, yet take zero initiative in training you at any time during your onboarding. Equipment is subpar. Beware of the HIPAA violations!!!!!
