Ventajas

There are some very kind, caring people who are very good at their job.

Desventajas

Benefits are not great and priced ridiculously high. You, as an employee, are micromanaged, to death. Training consists of 8 hours a day, on camera. Leaving to go to the bathroom or turning your camera off for a moment, to address something in your home is not only frowned upon, but will be called out, in front of everyone. Pay is also not great - low end of the scale for this position. Seriously not worth the abuse.

Remote, Company provides equipment, No Weekends. Gain your experience and move on!

Desventajas

People with higher education do not succeed with this company. Peanut shells for pay (not the whole peanut) with expensive “benefits”. Very much ran on favoritism. Some leaders micro manage to the point of not wanting to clock in to a remote position, yet take zero initiative in training you at any time during your onboarding. Equipment is subpar. Beware of the HIPAA violations!!!!!
