Incentives, prize draws and positive terminologies going in.

Desventajas

When you scratch just a little below the surface the people meant to protect you have absolutely know idea how to implement the procedures that are in place to protect you, the employee. Clique like mentality allows for the wrong people to progress through to supervisory roles when completely ill prepared to deal with real compliance issues. Management then take no accountability for their role in initially putting the wrong people in place.

Remote, Company provides equipment, No Weekends. Gain your experience and move on!

Desventajas

People with higher education do not succeed with this company. Peanut shells for pay (not the whole peanut) with expensive “benefits”. Very much ran on favoritism. Some leaders micro manage to the point of not wanting to clock in to a remote position, yet take zero initiative in training you at any time during your onboarding. Equipment is subpar. Beware of the HIPAA violations!!!!!
