Nothing good to say about this company

Desventajas

Worst company, never make plan to join this Company. Outbound process was getting closed, so I resigned from the company, later on they start torturing me to serve notice period in outbound process but I was not interested in inbound process. They took my 1 month salary and didn't provide my experience and releiving letter. When I send send mail to stupid HR team regarding this they ignored my mail. Either they should provide my papers or provide my salary, but they took both.

Remote, Company provides equipment, No Weekends. Gain your experience and move on!

Desventajas

People with higher education do not succeed with this company. Peanut shells for pay (not the whole peanut) with expensive “benefits”. Very much ran on favoritism. Some leaders micro manage to the point of not wanting to clock in to a remote position, yet take zero initiative in training you at any time during your onboarding. Equipment is subpar. Beware of the HIPAA violations!!!!!
