Thank you for your review, and we're very glad to hear you found working with Firstsource rewarding. We are a fast-paced environment that can sometimes feel intense, so our Team Leaders and Mental Health First Aiders are always on hand to provide support, especially when having difficult conversations. We also offer a fully funded Employee Assistance Programme, which provides access to counselling sessions should you require them. We have a number of opportunities and schemes for career progression including JetSet, AIM, and RISE. We also offer apprenticeships and funded degrees with Ulster and Derby Universities, which all colleagues are welcome to apply for.

Remote, Company provides equipment, No Weekends. Gain your experience and move on!

Desventajas

People with higher education do not succeed with this company. Peanut shells for pay (not the whole peanut) with expensive “benefits”. Very much ran on favoritism. Some leaders micro manage to the point of not wanting to clock in to a remote position, yet take zero initiative in training you at any time during your onboarding. Equipment is subpar. Beware of the HIPAA violations!!!!!
