Can do overtime when you want to

They expect too much from you for what they give. Working extremely long hours over the weekend and some nights till midnight when it was advertised as a 9-5?

This clearly includes weekend working but we do offer flexible shift patterns to help provide a good work-life balance. Remote, Company provides equipment, No Weekends. Gain your experience and move on!

Desventajas

People with higher education do not succeed with this company. Peanut shells for pay (not the whole peanut) with expensive “benefits”. Very much ran on favoritism. Some leaders micro manage to the point of not wanting to clock in to a remote position, yet take zero initiative in training you at any time during your onboarding. Equipment is subpar. Beware of the HIPAA violations!!!!!
