Ventajas

The only thing I am happy with FIRSTSOURCE is we get salary on time and apart from it nothing GOOD :( We will be treated unfair as we wont get leaves if required on emergencies even though if we have leave balance @f 20..

Desventajas

I'll be happy if you could treat us like normal human beings and also thing about increasing the wages as per the current standards, as the same salary from past 3 years wont improve anything as this is quite difficult to manage our lifes.

Ventajas

Remote, Company provides equipment, No Weekends. Gain your experience and move on!

Desventajas

People with higher education do not succeed with this company. Peanut shells for pay (not the whole peanut) with expensive “benefits”. Very much ran on favoritism. Some leaders micro manage to the point of not wanting to clock in to a remote position, yet take zero initiative in training you at any time during your onboarding. Equipment is subpar. Beware of the HIPAA violations!!!!!
