      Am Very proud to Work here, I Must say I absolutely love my Job, I have not only learnt a lot here.. But the culture and the ambience of Firstsource is Amazing and Enriching. Firstsource have always had a strong emphasis on internal workspace culture the result of which is a strong team who work towards the same and values and vision of the Organization, Firstsource supports Diversity and Inclusion, And am Inspired by the Innovative Leadership

      Desventajas

      While there are other mode of Transport being Available, its Quite Far from the nearest Metro Station

      Remote, Company provides equipment, No Weekends. Gain your experience and move on!

      Desventajas

      People with higher education do not succeed with this company. Peanut shells for pay (not the whole peanut) with expensive “benefits”. Very much ran on favoritism. Some leaders micro manage to the point of not wanting to clock in to a remote position, yet take zero initiative in training you at any time during your onboarding. Equipment is subpar. Beware of the HIPAA violations!!!!!
