We support customers in the US and UK geography, and hence most of our job profiles include working in rotational shifts, including weekends. Health & wellbeing of Firstsourcers is of utmost priority and hence the shift patterns are planned and communicated in advance to employees along with a focus on giving the appropriate number of leaves and off days to all. Remote, Company provides equipment, No Weekends. Gain your experience and move on!

Desventajas

People with higher education do not succeed with this company. Peanut shells for pay (not the whole peanut) with expensive “benefits”. Very much ran on favoritism. Some leaders micro manage to the point of not wanting to clock in to a remote position, yet take zero initiative in training you at any time during your onboarding. Equipment is subpar. Beware of the HIPAA violations!!!!!
